I ordered this helmet for my 18 month old daughter for Christmas so she could ride safely with her dad in her new bike seat. It seemed like a good deal and a safe product, but when we tried to put it on, it was far too snug to fit over her head. The product description states that this is a helmet for young girls, not small infants, and my daughter is a child of very average proportions, including her head. The inside of the helmet is less than 6 inches across from one side to the other. This retailer also charges a restocking fee for returned items, so be sure to measure before ordering.
